Foggy

I keep seeing all those wonderful autumn photos everywhere and I've been out and about with my camera, too. However, looking at my photos keeps frustrating me, as they ... well, let's say, don't live up to my expectations.

After debating with myself, I decided to put up one of those dreary photos nevertheless, as I didn't want to miss another week here. So, here is my photo for today from another foggy day, that feels like November already.

edited with Kim Klassen's texture "Edith" and linking up to Texture Tuesday

Have a wonderful week everyone!

Rosie, there is absolutely nothing dreary about this in any way! When I look at it, it actually feels just like fall to me, and what a beautiful path this must be to walk down!

I hope your week has gotten off to a wonderful start!

Great to see you again, Rosie! I agree with Lisa -- this is beautiful! The fog lends a lovely touch to the colors. The lines just pull you into the image. Well done, Rosie!

Rosie, if I ever managed to take a photo like this one day, I'd be very happy. It is not dreary in the least! It makes me want to dream and wander. Just beautiful.

I guess you don't realize how wonderful this photo really is. It's a great representation of the fall we are having here in Maine this year too. I have lots of these damp foggy pics too. :)
Have a great day, my friend.

I don't think it looks dreary! It's a very proper reflection of autumn. It reminds me of Tübingen down at the Neckar where the island is - so often did I stroll there on autumn afternoons. There are times when I miss it very much.

It's a beautiful fall image, Rosie! We can "feel" the chilly dampness.
